How does it work? We take the time to understand from you the Unique Selling Points (USP) of your particular development; and the finance/discounts available which can make the proposition an easier “sell” to prospective purchasers. We create a mailer for you that communicates these selling points…and then we send this out to our database.
We have found that this mailer activity is the fastest way to find all those “interested buyers” for your development (from within our database). You can then invite these prospects on inspection trips and educate them on the particular merits of your development .
Step 3: Send a mailer out to our extended partner network
If you are happy with the results of the first mailer we created and sent to our database, you can choose to extend the reach of your active lead generation campaign to a number of *property partners* that we have co-promotion arrangements with.
