Property hunters searching for a home in Weybridge, property in Woking, or a house in Maidenhead, are being offered the opportunity to secure their dream purchase with the help of a local house-builder.

Antler Homes is giving buyers the chance to take advantage of the company's part exchange scheme which is available on a selected number of properties.

The offer includes a range of new townhouses in the heart of Woking town centre at the company's York Mews development, off York Road, which has just launched and features nine homes, each offering either three or four bedrooms.

The part exchange scheme is also being offered on the final home for sale at the house-builder's St George's Mews development in Weybridge, and the remaining plot at its Newlands Chase development in Maidenhead.

"People are struggling to sell their homes at the moment, and reports of broken chains and collapsing sales are rife," says Tim Foreman, Antler Homes' sales and marketing director.

"Our Part Exchange scheme eliminates all of these problems, and makes the moving process much simpler. Within seven days of making an enquiry, we will have made an offer to purchase an existing property, subject to terms and conditions."
