Property auctioneers unveil free auction

Pattinson property auctioneers are launching what the company is describing as the first free national property auction in the UK, where purchasers and vendors can attend free of charge.

Buy to let investors and residential landlords will be able to take advantage of the new scheme and save money which would have normally been spent on admission and selling fees.

Pattinson have confirmed that the 400 available spaces at the auctions have already been filled by national homebuilders and property owners.

Properties from right across the country can now be listed for the first auctions taking place in April and May this year at the New Connaught Rooms in London's Covent Garden.

Commenting on the new scheme, Pattinson's managing director said that after working in the property auction business for several years, the company were using all of their experience to provide new solutions.

He confirmed that the free auctions had attracted individual vendors, commercial agents, investors, new home builders, property developers, as well as professionals from the legal and financial industries.

Pattinson's auction director said that the company was able to give purchasers more choice and bring more properties to the market by removing the financial barrier to vendors.

"We have 18 years of experience in property auctions and have developed our services during what is a difficult market place to offer solutions for both sellers and buyers. And with the national auction, we are now providing these solutions UK wide," he added.
