House-builder reports signs of growing confidence in the market

Antler Homes have confirmed encouraging signs for the housing market since the company's show home was launched at the Hillside Mews development in Fareham in Hampshire.

At the start of the month, the house-builder unveiled its show property at the development in Holly Hill Lane in Sarisbury Green. On the weekend of the launch, the company reported increased visitor numbers, and since that time, staff have found a rise in the number of proceedable visitors, showing positive indications of confidence returning to the market in Sarisbury.

"There is always a market for good quality exclusive homes, and we've always been confident that our homes would sell – especially when the property market started to pick up again," says Maz Porter, sales director for Antler Homes.

85% of the development has already been sold, with four homes remaining.
