House-hunters searching for their dream home in Surrey are being given the opportunity to bespoke their new property when they reserve it off-plan.

Antler Homes is the house-builder behind the offer at its Manor Green development in the town of Caterham in the Tandridge district of Surrey.

The remaining two properties within the development are soon to go up for sale, with the company giving purchasers the rare opportunity to personalise their new home before construction work begins.

Both of the remaining plots within the development - which will feature a total of just ten homes - will be five bedroom, semi-detached properties which will each include a study and an integral garage.
