Price reduction of 22.5% on new townhouse in Spain

The price tag of a luxury townhouse, formerly used as a show home at Desert Springs in the Almeria region of south-east Spain, has been cut by nearly 25% in order to secure a quick sale.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom, Spanish Colonial-style property (one of those pictured) has been used as a show home at Europe's only international award-winning luxury family resort and championship desert golf course in the Almeria region of south-east Spain.

The Spanish townhouse is built on the highest point in the resort, overlooking a courtyard garden and pool, and offering a panoramic view of its 18-hole Indiana golf course. The property also has its own solarium on the roof.
