Ethiad increases its flight operations

Announcing the start of its winter schedule for 2008, the airline has increased the number of weekly flights by 20% on last year. It now conducts 825 flights per week from its Abu Dhabi base.

Says James Hogan, Ethiad’s chief executive; "The new winter flight schedule not only offers two exciting new destinations but also additional frequencies on a number of key routes, as well as improved connection opportunities through our Abu Dhabi home base."

He adds; "With the additional flying we remain on track to hit our target of flying six million passengers by the end of this year."
