The Tatra Golf Resort is due for completion at the end of 2008 and will comprise 11 blocks, each consisting of 20 ‐ 24 fully furnished apartments. Prices start at just £45,000.

"Excellent rental returns of up to 14.5% are anticipated and innovative rental guarantee schemes are in place from 7% for the first three years, including all service, maintenance and utility charges," says Miss Selmon.

Visitors to the Tatra Golf resort can enjoy cultural and entertainment facilities, casinos, fitness centres, swimming pools and much more. Picnic meadows, sporting facilities and a horse racing track are also close by.

Mountaintops and other hiking attractions can be reached on foot or by cable car, while in the winter, toboggan runs and other winter sports complete the range of activities available.

Skiing

At the base of the High Tatras are three major ski resorts interconnected via a train shuttle system, making it possible to ski at one resort in the morning and another in the afternoon.

"Most ski slopes in the High Tatras are south‐facing and above 1,000 metres. The most popular with advanced skiers, and the best equipped, is Tatranska Lomnica; it has the best lift systems in the High Tatras, including a detachable four‐person gondola. A shuttle bus from the Tatra Golf development leaves every 15 minutes to make the short 4km journey to this resort," says Miss Selmon.

"For the less experienced skier, there are two other resorts in the vicinity; both are serviced by a shuttle bus from the Tatra Golf community during the season and are within 15km."

Golf

The Lomnicky Golf Club is located next to the Black Stork area. The Black Stork club house (which leads a double life as the four-star international hotel) and first tee are only a few metres’ stroll from all the apartments on the Tatra Golf Resort. Currently 18 holes par 72 and a further 9 holes have recently been completed and are ready for use.

Spa

The spa resort is based around a natural underground hot spring and includes three outdoor and two indoor swimming pools, as well as massage pools and whirlpool tubs. Two restaurants and three bars also sit alongside the wellbeing and fitness centres.

Visitors can indulge themselves in herbal, steam or Turkish baths, Finnish sauna and a multitude of other therapies. There is also a well equipped gym, solarium as well as massage and body and facial treatments available.
