Within this private development, approached by electronic security gates, there are 14 villas with colourful gardens consisting of plants and shrubs natural to Minorca (Menorca) constructed around a central water fountain which compliments this glamorous and unique development.

Finished using top quality materials, furnishings and original paintings, the properties all have air conditioning, heating, ample terraces, heated private pools with swim jet and Jacuzzi, daily maid and linen services plus a team of dedicated staff to ensure a high level of service and onsite assistance. All rental rates also include a five-door car.

Two types of villa are available...

Type 1

Each of these bungalow-style villas is comprised of three double, designer bedrooms, named the ‘Fiesta’, the ‘Rioja’ and the ‘Mediterranean suite’, all with built-in wardrobes and television.

The ‘Mediterranean suite’ has a bathroom with Jacuzzi incorporated. The ‘Rioja’ room has an en suite shower room with hydro massage shower. The ‘Fiesta’ has an independent shower room with hydro massage and jet spray. All of the bathrooms are supplied with hairdryers and warm towel rails.

The fully fitted kitchens are equipped with high quality modern appliances (dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, vitro-ceramic hob and oven). The dining room has a full complement of crockery, cutlery and glassware. The comfortable lounge has a discreet cupboard storing the TV (satellite), DVD and VHS with a JVC music centre.

The arched covered terraces are north-facing for shade and the sunny poolside terracing is surrounded by manicured lawns with views to the surrounding countryside. Elegant cane terrace and sunbathing furniture is provided together with a portable barbecue and summer dining area. The pools, which have the option of being heated at a supplement, have a Jacuzzi and swim jet, plus exterior shower and wash area. Private remote control gates provide access to the driveway and private parking.

Type 2

Each of these villas are constructed and furnished to the same high specification as described above, with the exception of the master ‘Mediterranean suite’ being located on the first floor with a private balcony. These villas have a south-facing orientation and enjoy either sea or partial sea views or country views.

The perfect setting…

Son Bou has a magnificent beach which stretches for about three kilometres which makes it the longest on the island. The sand slopes gently down into clear blue waters, which, on calm days, offer excellent bathing and water sport facilities. The usual sun beds and umbrellas are available for hire, as well as pedaloes, waterskiing, jet skiing and windsurfing are awaiting the more adventurous.

Son Bou is an ideal centre from which to visit other interesting parts of the island comprising of farming villages, market towns and many secluded coves and beaches. The island's bustling capital, Mahon, with its four mile long harbour and high quality shops is also well worth a visit.
