Who Are We And Where Have We Come From?

I would like to introduce HomeAgent UK Colchester. We are an independent team of dedicated, hardworking, experienced, local estate agents, who have been working within the Colchester market for many years.

What Prompted Us To Create HomeAgent UK?

We launched HomeAgent UK as we became increasingly frustrated with the high commissions and poor quality service on offer. Often, we would hear of vendors being ‘sold’ an inferior offer, as the pressure was on to earn the commission. Achieving a sale at any cost has taken priority over the vendor’s best interests.

Appalled and disappointed by this approach, which is partly to blame for the public’s general dislike for estate agents, we want to revolutionise the industry, and bring back pride and professionalism, and most of all re-instate trust within our industry.

Our aim is to put the client’s best interests first! We promise to give the best advice at all times, honesty and integrity being our priority. If we believe an offer is too low, we will tell you!
