DIRECTIONS
The property can be approached from various different routes.
We would advise from Aberystwyth to proceed south taking the A487 to Llanfarian then turn left onto the A485 and continue of a distance of approximately 15 miles to Tyncelyn passing through the villages of Llanilar, Lledrod and Bronant. At Tyncelyn turn right and continue for approximately 2.2 miles before turning left signposted Llangeitho, by a partially concealed telephone box. Continue along this single council carriageway for a further 1 milesor so and the turning for Fronfelen can be found on the right hand side opposite the entrance to Penforial Farm. A small directional For Sale sign also denotes the turning to the property. Continue along this lane to the property.

Alternatively from Llangeitho village with the Public House on your left hand side take the next left to Aberystwyth and turn left before the Primary School and continue for approximately 1.2 miles passing the church and the entrance to Fronfelen can be found on the left hand side.
