&147;We first brought the property because I liked the fact that there is no through road for additional traffic. You only have residents driving through so no unnecessary traffic. Our children were very young then so big factor for me as I felt is was safer.
We also liked the fact that compared to other estates around Burton this one was a lot smaller. The park is just across the road from the house so it was ideal for the children to play but I could still keep an eye on them.
Can also honestly say that the train line has never been a problem &150; I thought I'd have a few disturbed nights with the kids sleeping at the back of the house but not one.
We get the sun in the back of garden all day so fabulous in the summer for entertaining or sun bathing.
Morrison's is just across the park as well so that was a big bonus.&148;
