Close by is the town centre of Burton-upon-Trent which offers many local amenities and there are also great road links to the A38 and M42 which lends the property to the lifestyle of a commuter but also with the number of internal rooms to that of someone who works from home.
I would certainly recommend a viewing of the property as I feel this is a property that has definitely got the &145;wow' factor and will be on the market for long.

"When purchasing our home our first impressions were that the property was a fabulous spacious family home that had a very unique layout in a beautiful area. Surrounded by fields and the local golf club it is in a peaceful and quiet location with picturesque views. Being somewhat remote we were happy that the property was secured by electric gates, and yet even though being in the countryside it is still only a moment away from the town. Friends and family are very important in our lives and therefore this house appealed to us by being family orientated it felt warm welcoming and homely with the added bonus of good schools nearby. We also felt that with plenty of room we could entertain our friends more often. Outdoors there is a large private garden that surrounds about 1/3 of the house with several patio areas for relaxing and eating there is ample space for the family and our fruit and vegetable patch. We will always love this house as it has given us many happy memories if we could pick it up and take it with us we would!"
