I was most impressed by the lounge in this property. I got a real sense of space and light, achieved with an exposed ceiling revealing the beams of the original barn and large windows at both ends of the room. There are also double doors to the kitchen/diner and the decked patio making this a perfect space for entertaining in all weathers and also everyday family life.

Just on the outskirts of the popular village of Rangemore the location felt very quiet and peaceful and there was a real feeling of community spirit from other local residents.

The property falls into the John Taylor and All Saints Primary school catchments and is also in close proximity to Byrkley garden centre and Needwood forest. There are also good road links to the A38 and A50.
