The Craythorne Golf Club, Queens Hospital, Burton Station and Town Centre are nearby and there are great access links to the A38, A50 and M42. When I first visited the property I was pleasantly surprised by the high number of double bedrooms in the property. The sizeable lounge and well constructed layout are ideal for entertaining or a large family. The current vendors have maintained this property to a high standard throughout and their additions to the property have been tastefully done and are in keeping with the modern finish. With the excellent location I am certain that this property will be sold fairly quickly."
