It was the location of Jennings Brothers early brewing experiments in the mid 19th Century.

The Farmhouse (sleeps eight)

Little Swinside Cottage (sleeps two or four)
Also dates back to 1741 and has one bedroom plus a garden room with a sofa bed, lounge/dining room/ kitchen and bathroom . It has night storage heating.

Swinside Cottage (sleeps 5)
Built in 1820 as a farm workers cottage and has three bedrooms with one en suite, a sitting room with a wood burning stove, kitchen/dining room, bathroom. It has night storage heaters.
