WHISPERING SANDS All apartments are new and comply with the latest stringent building control regulations, with 15 year builder's guarantee. Each complex is fully enclosed and has gated access with 24hr security patrols. Every apartment has direct dial inter apartment telephone connection which remotely opens the block entrance door and gives instant access to security centre and the general office. All apartments are wired for external telephone system, broadband, air condition and satellite TV. Every block has an elevator and separate staircase. All apartments will have the convenience of an electric water heating system; however in the interests of safety we do not permit gas appliances in the apartments. Initial water and electric connection fees are paid by the builder. We are situated near to all downtown amenities but not so close they intrude. We are on the Dolmus minibus route…the local means of public transport and near to the main bus station. Within 5 minutes drive of Kusadasi Marina and Harbour areas. Every apartment has a large balcony just right for al fresco dining. Smoke alarms in all apartments are wired to external warning system and fire hydrants are situated on every floor. Secure coded entrance door to each block with remote release using the internal telephone system. Whispering Sands is not a high-rise complex; instead all apartment blocks are limited to 4 floors, with 4 apartments on each floor. Turnkey packages available for air condition, furniture and electrics (fridge, cooker etc). Protected and secure gated community living with full time security personnel, all year round, night and day, complemented by infrared perimeter camera system. Luxury fitted kitchens and shower room suites. On-site supermarket adds to the convenience. Whispering Sands is a wheelchair and pushchair friendly site. Child friendly location with many amenities designed especially for children including the 2000sq ft indoor soft play zone. Two of the largest water parks in Europe, Adaland and Aquafantasy are only 5 minutes drive away. The fully enclosed floodlit FIFA standard all-weather football pitch has already proven to be a very popular facility at Whispering Sands. During the summer months we run a kids club for children aged 4 to 14 years. Dance the night away in Sublime, our themed sports/disco bar. We employ the staff and do all the organising; you just carry on and enjoy your stay with us. Bozdag Ski Resort is only 1 hour and 45 minutes away and is open from late December to March providing fabulous slopes for skiing and snow boarding. Every apartment is fitted with a safety deposit box. Whilst at Whispering Sands enjoy Serenity, our health and beauty salon where you can experience the benefits of the sauna, gymnasium, massage and aromatherapy rooms and also avail of the hairdressing and manicure treatment suite. We have our own cinema and during the summer months we operate a weekly "Kids Night In" where the parents can leave the children with us and go downtown for the night. The children have dinner and then watch a movie until the parents return.
