Location in the village:
The village is located in a fantastic grape growing region. It is well known by hunters and fishermen. There are also two lakes on both sides of the village. Not far away there is an archaeological Neolithic spot.
This area is very quiet and clean. Water here is drinkable and the air is fresh as there is no pollution.
This property is located on the outskirts of the village. The road to the property is asphalt. It is in good condition and allows an easy access to the property.
There are several foreign people living in this village (English and Russian) who all enjoy beautiful and stress free life in Bulgaria.

This house is all made out of stone and brick. The construction is very stable. All rooms inside all of decent size. The plot of land it sits on is 1891 sq.m, which is very spacious.

The main house consists of two levels. There are two rooms and an inside toilet downstairs as well as three rooms upstairs. Every few hours there is a bus service from the village to Harmanli, where you can find connections to Sofia or seaside, Turkey or Greece.
There is also a bar and a shop in the village where you can buy your bread and milk etc. Like every village there is also local municipality and post office service.
