Property situated in the village of Agatovo, Sevlievo Municipality, Gabrovo District. The village is located in North-Central Bulgaria at the foot of the Balkan Mountains, 30 km away from the town of Lovech and 50 km from town of Gabrovo.

The estate is accessible through all seasons via two parallel tarmac roads in good condition. The property offers two drive-ways (one on each road), which allows parking several cars into the yard.
Being at the outskirts of the village, the property provides privacy and stunning views towards the surrounding hills. Near the estate there is a beautiful piece of common land (meadow).
