Property in very good condition located in a well developed village only 20 km from Veliko Tarnovo. There are more than 3000 people living permanently in the village and many more visiting in the weekends. All the amenities needed for the everyday life are available - several shops, hardware stores, pubs, cafes, post office, etc. There are regular buses connecting the village with Veliko Tarnovo and the nearby towns and villages.
The house was built in the early 50’s with solid stone foundations and proper brick walls.
