The Halcyon Hills resort offers either an 8% rental guarantee for 2 years or a 5% rental guarantee for 9 years. This means that clients will benefit from a cash flow positive investment from day one of the resort's operation.
Should you choose to enter your Greek property into the rental pool and allocate your weeks of property use to rentals, we GUARANTEE to pay you a rental return. It is predicted (Christie and Co. Feasibility Report) that once the resort has established itself, property owners can expect annual rental returns of around 10%.

Payment Terms
The payment structure for shared ownership is split into three payments.

* Initial deposit due upon signing the contracts
* Second payment due upon completion of foundations (or in 12 months, whichever is later)
* Final payment due upon completion of the property

Pre-Contract
The first step once having decided upon an investment property within the resort is to reserve it in your name. A sum of £500 for shared ownership properties or £1,000 for full ownership secures your selected property for 30 days, in which time you will be sent a personalised contract for you to peruse.
If, within 30 days of reserving you decide not to proceed, we will fully refund your reservation fee. During this time we highly recommend one of our bespoke viewing trips giving you the opportunity to fully appreciate the location that Halcyon Hills enjoys and the charming island of Samos.
Post Contract
Having read, signed and returned the contract to us, your payment schedule will then depend on which option you choose. See the example above.
Finance
We are currently offering the superb option of non-status finance available for all purchasers of luxury overseas property at Halcyon Hills Luxury Resort and Spa, relieving any concerns that you may have about raising funds upon completion. This option is only available to purchasers who choose not to take advantage of the buy-back guarantee.
Before completion:
The payment structure for Halcyon Hills is very straightforward as described in the bullet points above. You will see that we are currently offering 5% interest on your first deposit payment, followed by our rental guarantee of either 8% for 2 years or 5% for 9 years post-completion. So with just a £1000 reservation fee (or £500 for shared ownership), you can secure a five star luxury Greek property substantially beneath the market value with minimal financial outlay and maximum capital gain. We will be delighted to put you in touch with an independent financial advisor who can talk you through the options available to you.
The developer will pay you interest on client UK-sourced finance secured for the value of your depositAfter completion:
Your final payment isn?t due until completion; by which time your property has increased in value in line with market predictions and market valuations. Your property is now worth substantially more than when you first borrowed on its value. This means there is now ample equity in your property from which you can mortgage and easily settle your finance.
When you come to mortgage your property after completion, the guaranteed rental returns substantially assist your repayments.
