Property situated at the end of a quiet and picturesque village called Chervena. The village is only few km from the village of Ovcha Mogila, famous with its natural mineral waters and its complex for water and other recreational and healing massages and therapies. The village is part of Svishtov Municipality, Veliko Turnovo region and it has all the amenities needed for the day-to-day life – food shops, local pub, bus and train services, etc. More shopping facilities could be found in the town of Levski (11 km) and Svishtov (35 km). The town of Svishtov is on the right bank of Danube River and it is famous with its University. The Village
The village of Chervena is located in Central North Bulgaria, four kilometers south of the International I3 road and 35 kilometers from Svishtov and the Danube River. Quiet and peaceful, with population of about 400 people, it spreads between the folds of the Danube Plain. The soil is extremely generous which is why most of the local people work in the agriculture.
The village was founded in 1880. After the Bulgaria's liberation from the Ottoman Empire thousands of people who were living deep in the Balkan Mountain left their old homes and settled in the plain where the soil is more generous. This is how the village of Chervena was founded.
The village has very communicative position as it is close to the International Road. Nevertheless it is cosy, quiet and charming.
The Municipality
Svishtov Municipality is situated in the northernmost part of Veliko Tarnovo District and borders through the Danube River on the Republic of Romania and the following municipalities: Polski Trambesh in Veliko Turnovo District, Tsenovo in Russe District, and Levski in Pleven District.
This is where the southernmost point of the Danube River (43° H 37` northern latitude), is located, which means it is the shortest way from the Danube through Stara Planina and the valley of Maritsa River, to the Aegean Sea.
Svishtov is one of the leading industrial and agricultural centers in Veliko Tarnovo District. Svishtov municipality is developing a mixed type of economy.

The District
The village is part of Veliko Tarnovo district – it is in the middle of the northern part of Bulgaria. Its capital city, Veliko Tarnovo, is of historical significance as it is known as the capital of Medieval Bulgaria.
