The restoration of the ancient Fortezza de Monaldeschi authorized by the local authorities on February 2005, forms part of the project. An historical building (11th century) covering an area of about 1,400 m2. This is a monument with great environmental charm and it will be used as conference centre, cultural activities centre, wine bar and cafe . Lifestyle Experience
To enhance the lifestyle experience, the resort has communal swimming pools, fitness and health centers, luxury hotel. restaurant, tennis courts, a jogging path and an off track path for mountain bike. In the southern part of the site a leisure and sport facilities centre for owners, with a club house , swimming pool and tennis courts. The communal gardens will be dedicated partly for pedestrian and jogging track. Public parking facilities will be available in the road ways.
