The Soneva Kiri resort is a luxury self-contained resort situated on a 41 hectare site (more than one hundred acres) in the first phase of development, with an additional 19 hectares (50 acres) to be developed in a second phase. In total, it will comprise 42 hotel pool villas looking out to the Gulf of Thailand. There will be three restaurants and numerous leisure facilities. It will feature a Six Senses Spa, retail village and a celebratory pavilion. As with each Soneva property, it is being developed with the principles of ecologically sustainable design and material selection, and with construction methods adapted to protect the environment - electrical golf carts and bicycles will be the mode of transport within the resort.

Soneva Kiri will have its own private Cessna Grand Caravan, seating up to eight passengers, to transfer you and your guests in style and comfort from Bangkok to your island home. As a villa owner, you will receive one complimentary arrival and departure plane transfer for up to six visits per year subject to our advance scheduling restrictions.

Soneva Kiri will also purchase and maintain a private boat for the exclusive use of villa owners. Owners will be able to charter the boat at subsidized rates for their excursions while in residence. We intend, and are currently seeking approval, to develop a small marina adjacent to the resort providing villa owners the opportunity to rent space in the marina for their private boats.

In addition, owners will automatically become a member of The Soneva Club, a benefit you can make use of all year, no matter where you are located. The Soneva Club is a private members only club and benefits with various like minded brands will also be offered.

Each villa at Soneva Kiri is set on up to two acres (or four rai) of land to ensure total privacy, and occupying an indoor outdoor living area of circa 1,275 sq m. Each individual site has been selected with great care to provide the necessary combination of seclusion, stunning panoramic views and easy access to the resorts facilities. The villas are architecturally designed to blend into the natural surroundings and come in 2 styles Beachfront and Hilltop.
