    The Greek architect cleverly designed arches to shield the ground floor rooms from the bright afternoon sun.

    The salon has been partially furnished with a luxurious white leather 'shabby chic' settee, side tables and a floor and wall units. The wall mounted fire is gas with a real flame.

    The raised level of the salon leads through to the kitchen. The granite stairs have stainless steel hand rails and at the bottom of the stairs there is a SANTA ROSA Italian cupboard for coats. There is a door through to the kitchen.

    The raised level also leads to the guest cloakroom, stairs to the integral garage and front door.

    The master bedroom as two windows and double doors leading on to a large balcony with views of the mountains and the sea.

    All the other three bedrooms are fitted with SANTA ROSA wardrobes with mirrored doors and have access to large balconies. There is a family bathroom.

    LIMASSOL is the second largest city on the island and is a bustling cosmopolitan metropolis.

    Regeneration along the seafront, including cycling routes and walkways has added a new flair and charm to Limassol. The old town also currently under restoration promises an exciting revival of quaint bohemian cafes.
