DETAILED REGULATIONS a) in the residential and mixed zone: building detached and semidetached objects, and built only as the completion of the existing typology of building; minimum total plot area is 600 sqm; maximum plot coverage is 30 %; maximum GBP is 400 sqm for detached objects and 300 sqm for semi detached objects; maximum plot density is 0,6; minimum natural terrain is 40% of the building plot surface; maximum building height includes 3 storeys, and the third storey is constructed as an attic; minimum 2 parking places per each apartment and obligatory parking on the building plot (50 % in the main object or detached garage), other purpose according to the normative provisions.
