The holiday park has been established since July 2007, and each year the number of day’s let has increased considerably, with an above average for the region of 18.6 weeks let per lodge last year.

Bookings for 2010 are looking to be higher than 2009 even with increased rates this year. Bookings will continue to be taken throughout the sale process, so a buyer will already have an established income when the sale is complete. The 3 bedroomed house is a traditional stone cottage that was renovated in 2003⁄2004. It has a septic tank to current standard for sewage, and mains electricity and water.

The house is on three levels of approximately 40m2 on each level. The ground floor is wholly open plan, with a kitchen, dining area and lounge. A stable type front door allows for welcoming guests without having them in your house, and French windows lead to a private garden which contains an old stone well and concrete terrace. A traditional stone fireplace with modern log burner provides heating for the ground floor. The first floor includes large double bedroom, bathroom and storage room, and the second floor contains two bedrooms, one with french doors leading onto a South facing roof terrace.

There are 2 large barns, one renovated as workshops with an additional garage extension,and one used for storage. In addition there are further small outbuildings and a greenhouse.

Reason for selling is we have another successful business (not holiday associated) which takes a lot of our time and we need to concentrate on one or the other, and have decided to sell the holiday complex.
