This stunning new apartment overlooks the pool in a small, brand-new development in Albufeira. Built and furnished to a very high standard and designed to be comfortable and luxurious. The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The large, west-facing balcony is perfect for afternoon sunbathing or a drink at sunset.

The communal swimming pool is 6m x 20m and is surrounded by sun loungers. There are also tennis courts close by.
The complex is quiet and secluded but still very conveniently located. There are a number of great beaches within 15 minutes walk and plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Local avtivities include wind surfing, sailing, cycling, fishing, diving, horse riding, golf and mountain biking plus a water park. Albufeira is a free 5-minute bus ride away and all the top golf courses are within 20 minutes drive with Faro airport a twenty minute drive.


Area Information
The Maria Luisa beach is about a 10 minute walk. It is a secluded sandy beach, ideal for the children and has an excellent restaurant. Great for lunch, dinner or just a drink on the terrace. Other great beaches include Santa Eulalia and Olhos D\\\'Agua. Most beaches have wonderful restaurants. Albufeira is about a 5 minute drive and has everything. Every conceivable type of restaurant, bars to suit all ages and tastes, shops and plenty of nightlife and clubs for the younger generation. Olhos D\\\'Agua is about a 15 minute walk and again has many restaurants and bars. Enjoy a quiet drink overlooking the beach with spectacular views of the ocean. There are many different restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the complex and excellent shops and supermarkets. For golfers, Vilamoura is about a 15 minute drive and there are over 30 wonderful golf courses on the Algarve. Further along the coast, many childrens attractions such as
Zoomarine / Seaworld. Numerous water parks are also close by.
