Aquiraz Riviera is located 25km from Fortaleza on Marambais Beach with a total area of 285 hectares and 1,800 meters of beach front. The project will have a hotel, golf course with clubhouse, shopping mall and a mix of multi-family and single family units.

Many of the single family lots will back on to the golf course and have ocean views thanks to the grade of the site and the master planning of the designers.

The state of Ceara is very much behind this project and have committed R$84 million to transport infrastructure improvements, improving local road links and bridges.

The project is forecast to create up to 5,000 jobs in the local area and the municipality of Aquiraz has committed to build a hotel and tourism school to educate and train the local people and satisfy the demand for skilled positions within the development framework.

Investment in this project so far has been strong and we have a number of opportunities available. Currently we have approximately 30 building plots available in phase 1. If you study the master plan the lots in phase 1 are far superior to those in phase 2, many of them having golf and ocean views. Lots can be purchased and held or built on, it’s your choice.
