The land is on the beach and measures 86,000 square metres.  It is set in Karpathos and is only 3 km from the airport and 5 km to the city. 

Karpathos is one of the most beautiful of the Greek islands. It is located between Rhodes and Crete. Only the southern part of the Greek Island has been open to the slowly increasing tourism and has all the needed facilities for a pleasant holiday.

The municipality of Karpathos town has started many projects in the last 3 years, which includes the landscape and building development of the island.  Some of them are already in the final stage of completion and some are expected to be complete in the next 1-2 years.
