La Cinuelica is situated in a peaceful residential area of Los Altos with Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas Golf Courses near by.  The property is ideally situated for golfers, families and couples who want to get the best out of a holiday.

The villa is bright, spacious and airy and will sleep 6 guests comfortably.  It consists of a lounge with leather sofas and dining area and a kitchen fully fitted with everything you could need for home-from-home living.  There are 2 bedrooms one with double bed and the other with 2 singles and 2 fully furnished bathrooms.

La Cinuelica has a communal swimming pool, car parking and sun lounging areas. It is only a 10 minute walk to the beach front, and also to the local bars, restaurants, clubs and the new Punta Marina. It is situated close to bus stops with regular service into the centre of Torrevieja with supermarkets and a large hypermarket just a 10 minute drive away.

There is plenty to do in the area including water sports, Tennis Club, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all within 15 minute drive. There are four cities within 45 minute drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south.
