The rental pool returns will depend on the amount of personal use and the actual occupancy levels for the resort. The Rental Pool option provides the most flexibility if longer personal usage periods are required. The rental pool is capped at 10% per year.
2. Rental Guarantee (2 bed apartments only) - available for 10 years.
The Rental Guarantee option allows five weeks personal usage each year.

The above mentioned payment schedule is approximate and refers to the construction status of your particular block. It is therefore likely that different payment dates will apply for different blocks.
Option 1: Payment in full is expected upon signing Contracts, the payment is to include the cost of the furniture pack and Escrow Agent fees. All monies are held in Escrow and released to the Developer when pre-set conditions/stages of construction have been satisfied.
Option 2: Your property (excluding furniture pack and Escrow fees) will cost you a further 10% if you wish to benefit from this deferred payment plan. The cost of this is spread across the payment plan. The 10% is calculated on the net cost of the apartment (excluding furniture).
