Climate

The Cayman Islands boast an exotic tropical climate throughout the year, with trade winds moderating high temperatures which range from 25 degrees centigrade in winter to approximately 30 degrees centigrade in summer.

High season runs from December to April when temperatures are generally cooler and more favorable for tourism. The rainy season is typically from May to October with short burst showers.

All building plots will have planning consent to construct a detached villa over two storeys. Each storey is allocated a built area covering 25% of the total plot square footage meaning that a maximum permissible built area of 50% can be achieved over two floors.



Clients will be offered the choice of three design concepts that fully adhere to the criteria set by the Cayman Planning Authority. The property choices will be made up of a required "Core Pavilion" and optional "Add-on Pavilions" that can be bolted on to create the clients desired property configuration.

The Cayman Islands comprise Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman and lie south of Cuba and north west of Jamaica, time zone GMT -5.
Grand Cayman is by far the biggest with an area of 76 square miles. The two "Sister Islands" of Cayman Brac and Little Cayman are located about 80 miles east of Grand Cayman and have areas of 14 square miles and 10 square miles respectively.

It sculpts the landscape into unexpected vistas carved with caves and covered with a startling variety of flora and fauna.
