The main building was built during three different historical periods, the oldest part dates from the 1700’s, the second oldest from the 1800’s and the most recent section was built in the 1950’s. The property is completely restored.
The ceilings all have wooden beams with terracotta tiles and are constructed in the traditional italian style. The floors are covered with terracotta tiles on the ground floor and the first floor.
All the windows are new and are made of wood with double glazing. The roof is covered with traditional tegole (flat tiles) and original coppi ( traditional domed italian roof tiles).

Other historical cities such as Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia and Orvieto are all within a 30 minute or 1 hour and a quarter’s drive away.
