The Inspection Visit is not just about buying a property we aim to give you, the client, a general overview of the area, show you some of the local places of interest and let you gain an insight into the lifestyle here.


Inspection Visits are based on 2 people sharing and include:
· Return flights from local UK airport as available

The journey from Dalaman takes approximately 40 minutes and affords time to have a chat about the client and their family, home etc

· Day One
You will be met at the airport by one of our consultants who will drive you to your hotel. After some time to relax you will be taken for a guided tour of the area and the facilities it has to offer.

Depending on the time of arrival you will be taken to lunch in a country restaurant. In the evening you will enjoy a relaxing dinner and plan for the following day.


For late arriving clients you will be offered dinner ( where applicable ) and the visit will commence with sightseeing as on Day Two
· Day Two
After breakfast, there will be an informal meeting. The guide will then spend the day showing you those properties which meet your requirements.

At the end of the day you will be taken to a local fish restaurant and given a chance to enjoy the ambience of the town and the surroundings.
· Day Three
This will be comparable to day two, and if you wish, you will be able to re visit the properties and areas of most interest again, and make a detailed report.

If you have found your must-have property, you will be invited to join us at our Head Office to evaluate costs, finances and payment schedules. If you are happy, contracts will be prepared for signature.


· Day Four
