The land:

A beautiful and large plot of land that is very flexible as to what it is used for. Curently planted up with numerous almond, fig and pomegranate trees and some olives which is relatively low maintenance. The current owners have the land ploughed twice per year at a cost of 120 euros and the trees look after theirselves.


The land has it's own waterfall and stream that runs when the rains come but does dry up during the dry season. There are two water wells and there is plenty of land suitable for horses plus space for the creation of a menage/school for training horses.


We believe (subject to usual planning permission) the construction of stables and tack room would be permitted due to the large plot of land.


Currently, the land is not fenced but the boundaries are clearly marked and a new topographical survey has recently been done.

The entire property is connected to mains electricity and mains water with a water deposit being in the tower of the house.

Situated in a beautiful valley where agriculture is still very important. There are two impressive, large, working Cortijos as distant neighbours that farm the land of various crops. Plus there are other neighbours scattered around the valley - Spanish and a few Dutch. It is a tranquil and peaceful setting in an unspoilt part of Andalucia.


Conveniently located only 5 minutes from the historic, white village of Almogia and approx. 30 mins to Malaga airport and Malaga city centre.


There are two golf courses approx. 25 minutes away on the coast and another approx. 45mins away in Antequera.


Access:

Is good with less than 2 minutes on a superb quality track (no 4 x 4's needed!). The driveway to the house is of concrete.


Views:

Are lovely - of the surrounding valley and distant mountains behind Malaga city.
