Advance Payment Bond for Guaranteed Deposit Security

Advance Payment Bond is an insurance policy that protects the purchaser's deposit. There is no cost to the purchaser and most importantly you will not have to pay the full deposit until your individual policy is in place.

How it works:On Reservation the purchaser places a $5,000 non refundable holding deposit.
28 days later the purchaser receives an individual insurance policy stating their full deposit (30% of purchase price) will be refunded if Tecoma Stans fail to commence construction of their property within 18 months of receipt of deposit or if Tecoma Stans go out of business.
Days 28 to 42 the purchaser pays the 30% deposit (less the $5,000 holding deposit)
