The beautiful nature, the fresh and healing air (which is the same as the air in the famous Arbanasi plateau), the presence of lakes, rivers and huge forest, make Strelec a suitable place for tourism, holidays, hunting and sport-fishing.

In the village's center there is a beautiful ortodoxal church, in the pinnacle of which three clocks gauge the time.

All the basic utilities like Post- Office, shops, cafes, pubs, etc. are provided. There is regular bus transport to the surronding villages and towns.
