FIRST FLOOR
The whole half of the house to the right of the stairwell forms the main suite and must be seen to be appreciated.


The ensuite bathroom benefits from both a shower cubicle and a separate (hydro massage) bathtub. Enormous and spacious wardrobes do not interfere with the space of the area where the bed would go.

The main suite has its own private balcony which wraps around the corner to a solarium with traditional trellis and pillars.
The second bedroom has its own walk-in closets and the third bedroom has incorporated closets into the rear wall.


Both the second and third bedrooms share a very large balcony and spacious bathroom. All of the bedrooms are fitted with solid wood flooring.


A hallway to the rear of the house has even more closets and storage space with windows everywhere to let the light come in.
NOTE: the property is fitted to allow air-conditioning units in.

That is, the layout and pipes needed to install air-conditioning units is already laid out. The property is not sold with air-conditioning units.

These are left to the discretion and needs of the new owner.
Pride of place is the exceptional sun-trapped swimming pool with its own outside toilet, easy to reach machine room for the pool equipment, shower unit and barbecue.
