ANJA APARTMENTS in Rewal
The investment is located in the West Pomeranian Province in Rewal in Piastowska Street, about 100 m from the sea, close to the centre of the resort. A set of two apartment buildings of the surface of 746 m² with three aboveground storeys have been designed for the site of the investment. The total surface of the plot equals 3250 m², and half of this surface is the soft landscaped area.
Each building contains 15 apartments of the surface of 35 up to 65 m² as well as terraces from 6 up to 17 m², which are included in the prices of the apartments. A parking place has been assigned to each apartment. Terraces as well as the parking places are included in the price of the apartments. Apart from that, small gardens have been assigned to each apartment on the ground floor.

1) 6% yearly of the total net price of the apartment for the period of 2 years (there is a possibility to extend this period up to 3 years in case of good cooperation) (guaranteed by the notary’s deed) – the company takes over the apartment for the period of two years – the clients oblige themselves not to use the apartment at all during this period, and the developer obliges himself to return 12% of the price of the property paid by the client for those two years.
2) 4% yearly in case of clients who want to come and stay in their own apartments for 2 weeks during the high season, and for the period of 1 month out of season (excluding holiday time and weekends)
On top of that, in case of making an advance payment in the minimum amount of 40% of the value of the property, which is transferred onto a trust account – the company guarantees interest (7% AER) from the date of making the payment, until the transfer of property to the new owner.
All the prices that have been listed do not include VAT (7% or 22% - depending on the client’s choice for the destination of the apartment) and they do not include notary’s costs (+- 3%).
The project is supposed to be finished at the end of June (the first building – at the end of April).
