Upon entering the villa, you are greeted with spaciousness and light. The quality of construction is evident, with property-wide marble flooring and stone features. Due to current land sale restrictions, many recently constructed properties are quite compact, having integral kitchens, spiral staircases and almost non-existent landings & verandas. Both rooms are front facing with great views, and have direct access to a large terrace, with loungers, table and chairs. On the second floor is the master suite, with substantial bedroom and en-suite bathroom, which includes a Jacuzzi bath. From this bedroom you have access to the magnificent roof terrace, with its own private Ottoman area and amazing views across two bays. All bedrooms have wooden furniture, including bedside tables, dressing tables and wardrobes. The master suite also has a large chest of drawers. Both double beds are super kingsize and all beds have orthopaedic mattresses and mosquito nets.

The villa presently caters for younger children by having two cots, highchair, potty and changing mat.

Outside there is a private pool, which is surrounded by a marble tiled patio. There are sun loungers, parasols, shower and an outdoor dining area with ceiling fan. One of the most striking aspects of Villa Barinak are the numerous flowering plants and trees. Wonderful bougainvillea and hibiscus adorn the terraces, while fragrant orange blossom and jasmine emit their evocative scents below. Trees include orange, bay, plum, palm and banana.
