This apartment is in a very well maintained complex, with several lovely communal gardens and swimming pools. The location is quiet but only a short walk to several choices of bars and restaurants etc as well as one of the most popular golf courses in the area, Villamartin. It is a nice little property but has lots of charm and character and has been recently refurbished and furnished to a very high standard including air-con and satalitte TV. As well as the amenities within walking distance you also have the European awarded blue flag beaches of the Orihuela Costa, just 10 minutes drive away and all the the hustle and bustle of a street markets, seaside attractions, historical towns, golf , water sports, horse riding, fishing, go-karting and much more.
