Location
This exquisite villa is situated in the nice and well-developed mountain village of Hvoyna. Hvoyna is beautifully nestled in a small picturesque valley right in the heart of Rhodopee mountain and just 30 minutes drive away from Pamporovo Ski resort. The village is very easily accessible all-year round and is just 45 minutes drive away from Plovdiv International Airport and 2 hours drive from Sofia International Airport. There are several excellent ski runs and trucks just 15 minutes drive away in the ski centre of Chepelare. The area is very beautiful and offers plenty of summer and winter activities such as fishing, hunting, mountain biking, trekking, etc. The house and the village are appropriate both for a holiday home and for permanent living.

The Villa
The house is constructed on 3 levels with total constructed area of 248 square meters. Ground floor has two separate entrances and is unfurnished. It consists of entrance-hall, kitchen, one bedroom, living-room and bathroom. First and second floor are completely furnished in the traditional Rhodopee style. Second floor consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, two balconies and a bathroom. Third floor comprises another 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and also a large balcony revealing fantastic panoramic view to the mountains. An 18 square meters large garage is situated in the yard.
There is a modern security system installed in the house. Cable TV and Internet are available as well.

The Yard

The yard is well-maintained and planted with trees and is 300 square meters large. It is terraced and landscaped and decorated with stone. There is also a swimming-pool on two levels under construction (3 x 8 meters). Also, there is an outbuilding of 18 square meters that can be used as a storehouse or can be altered into a nice traditional guestroom.
