Complex "Robinson Beach" is situated on the very Black Sea coast, in the locality of “Kozluka”, The bay where the complex is situated bears the name "Robinson" hence the name of the complex. In close proximity of the bay are the village of Sv. Vlas and Elenite resort complex. The holiday complex is situated in the most picturesque area of the coastline with splendid view of Nessebar and Sunny Beach.

History: In the locality of “Kozluka” in the areas of “Robinson” holiday settlement there are found remains of the monastery “Saint Peter” (??V – ?V??? century). Built-up as a hidden small monastery, later it became one of the most significant monasteries in the region of Sveti Vlas. By the archaeological excavations it was found, that the monastery was richly decorated. The site lies on older remains (V – V? century) where coins from the late antiquity were found.

The holiday complex "Robinson Beach'' is situated on the very Black Sea coast, in close proximity are the village of Vlas and Elenite resort complex. The complex is planned together with the traditions of the charcteristic houses of the Bulgarian national revival. The L-shaped building consists of 4 self-contained houses and 7 residential entrances, each one with two or three apartments on a floor. Because of the incredible location, the greater part of these 96 apartments have a unique view of the sea and the bay of Sunny Beach. For owners and tourists there are many opportunities for sport, relax and entertainment. The complex is provided with secured parking lot, pool for adults and children, aqua bar, open area for chaise-longues, fitness, open-air kindergarten, reception. It is intended complete gardening, cleaning, lightning, video- watching and security of the complex, as well as opportunity for renting the apartments.

Holiday complex "Robinson Beach" consists of four one-family houses (?1), (?2), (?3), (?4), situated in both ends of the building. Midway between them are respectively entrances A, B, C, D,E, F, G, each one having two apartments on floor.

The apartments in '' Robinson Beach'' are under sale at stage of completion "turnkey". The minimum initial contribution upon signing a preliminary contract is to the amount of 30% of the sale price. The company offers to all customers an opportunity to determine by themselves the amount and term of the contributions.

Variant 1

Deposit - 1000 Euro

1-st installment - 30% - on concluding the preliminary contract;
2-nd installment - 10% - on completion of Floor one;
3-rd installment - 10% - on completion of Floor two;
4-th installment - 10% - on completion of Floor three;
5-th installment - 10% - on completion of Floor four;
6-th installment - 10% - on completion of Floor five;
7-th installment - on completion of the roof;
8-th installment - 10% - on receiving the notarial deed.

Variant 2

Deposit - 1000 Euro

1-st installment - 30% - on concluding the preliminary contract;
2-nd installment - 30% - on completion of Floor three;
3-rd installment - 30% - on completion of the roof;
4-th installment - 10% - on receiving the notarial deed.

Variant 3

Deposit-1000 Euro

1-st installment - 90% - on concluding the preliminary contract;
2-nd installment - 10% - on receiving the notarial deed.

Note: The specified prices and terms of payment are provisional, upon initial contribution being higher than 50%, the company makes concessions to the price. All customers enjoy allowances for the furnishing orders.
