Apartment complex “Silver Beach” is located on the first line of the sea shore in the coastal town of Byala. The complex comprises two corpuses – A and B. At the moment Corpus B is completed, while the other one – corpus A is at early stages of completion and most of the apartments there are still available.

The project includes building of eight floors: one underground floor with garages; ground floor for reception and apartments, 5 floors with apartments and studios, one attic floor for 21 one bedroom apartments and sky-bar.

The structure is as follows:

First floor: 17 one bedroom apartments and 2 two bedroom apartments.

Second floor: 16 one bedroom apartments and 4 two bedroom apartments.

Third floor: 16 one bedroom apartments and 4 two bedroom apartments.

Fourth floor: 16 one bedroom apartments and 4 two bedroom apartments.

Fifth floor: two one-bedroom apartments and three two-bedroom apartments.

Attic floor – sky bar and 21 one bedroom apartments.

The quality of the finishing works of the building will guarantee comfort and coziness to all its inhabitants. One big advantage is the fantastic panoramic view of the sea and the beach from all apartments.

Stage of completion - general for the building :

reinforced concrete structure, roof – bitum tiles, outside termal isolation – EPS and silicate plaster, on the inside – gypsum plaster board;
balconies – granitogres;
PVC windows and doors system;
stairwall floor – granitogres, walls and ceiling – latex, light fixtures, light switches and plugs;

Sample payment schedule:

Minimum 2,000 Euros holding deposit.
30% on signing of the preliminary contract
30% at rough construction (including roof)
30% by July 2008
10% on signing of the Title Deed.
