The property needs to be finished although the ground floor is liveable. At basement level there is a double garage which could be connected to the ground floor through an internal stairwell. On the ground floor there is the main entrance with a large living room and fireplace, one bathroom and a kitchen. On the first floor there is two rooms one could be used as the bathroom and the other could be divided into three, this floor leads out onto a large balcony.
