It is on 3 levels. The house has 2 entrances: one access is through a gate giving on a paved communal area. The second access is through a gate of a private back garden with garage. At the ground floor some cellars and the first floor a living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bedroom one large room not used, at the second floor 1 bedroom. internal stair connected the fist level to the second. An external stair connect the garden at the paved communal area at the first level with the second entrance. The garden has a nice size. The neighbours are in France and they come rarely. There is a wonderful panoramic view from both the back and the front side. The house needs some cosmetic works but is in good structural condition. This property is located in a quite part of this medieval village with all the main services as bars, pubs, small shops, post office, ect This medieval village is very famous for a Saint's miracle and has a new part and an old part. It's close to one of the National Park of the region and it's connected by daily bus to Pescara town on the cost. The Pescara's airport with low cost flights to New York, London, Russia, France, Canada and Germany is just 35 minutes drive by motorway.
