Palmyra Park consists of three buildings, in a beautiful contemporary Provencale architecture, situated on a site of 4.665 sq metres, of which 3.500 sq metres will be the luxurious gardens and leisure space. There are traditional red roof tiles, façades with their warm colours, large balconies and generous terraces.
The residence is connected to the city centre of Nice by bus, and a stop of the future line of Nice's tramway will be ideally situated a few minutes away by foot. The entrance halls have been personalised by the architect for the project. The floors and landings will be tiled with 30 by 30 tiles; each landing is lit automatically by motion detectors. There are lifts, which have been carefully designed and decorated in harmony with the entrance hall and are also mirrored and tiled. Access to the residence is secured with an automatic gate, controlled by remote. Each of the apartments is equipped with an intercom, and the individual doors are secure, with a three-point lock and spy-hole.
The apartments range from studios to three-bedrooms, and have all been conceived to offer the maximum amount of living space, with open views on the hill of Saint-Laurent, the bayous and hinterlands. For more privacy, the acoustic insulation conforms to the latest regulations (NRA). The apartments are tiled with matching skirting boards, the bathrooms and shower rooms are tiled to a height of two metres around the bath and shower, have a decorated frieze and are equipped with a towel heater, sink unit, mirror and built-in halogen spotlights. The balconies and terraces will also have 30 by 30 tiles, and the apartment doors are lacquered. The living-room and bedrooms are equipped with FM radio, TV and telephone sockets.
