Edward Cotter Partnership is an Irish Chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management company with high credibility internationally. They have worked on projects such as Smith Kline Beecham, Intel, and have just completed the new terminal at Cork airport along with many more projects within Ireland and internationally. They have been independently employed by our partner to act as their project managers for the duration of the construction of our resorts. They will oversee all of the building quality and standard.
Another role of ECP is to certify each individual stage of each unit within the respective Beach Resorts. When a unit has been built to foundations stage, ECP will certify it and send a certificate to you the purchaser informing you that your unit has been built to that particular stage. On receiving the certificate, your stage payment is then due within 28 days. Therefore as a purchaser you are only paying for what has been built.
ECP now have an office open in Santa Maria, Sal and are one of the many reputable companies working with our partner on thier projects.
