The four star resort “Les Verts Sapins” is located between Andorra and
the Mediterranean Sea. There are 108 apartments which form a part of
a larger resort with over 300 apartments in total.

Les Verts Sapins is located directly on the ski slopes and
consists of 9 apartment buildings with 12 apartments designed to blend in naturally with the surrounding landscape. The resort has a reception and a restaurant. The facilities on the neighbouring resort Résidence Pyrénéal such as shops, entertainment, bar, restaurant, tennis court, gym and swimming pools may be used by the tenants and owners. The management
will be carried out by Pierce & Elliott Vacances.
All sorts of activities will be organised here. In summer, the swimming
pools will be the major attraction. The ski area at the resort will be
modernised,expanded by the municipality in the next few years. The
ski slopes will be redesigned and new ski lifts will be built. In addition to
the resort, extra facilities will be built as well as a new site for getting on
the ski lift. Part of one of the slopes is even expected to run right through
this resort!

Les Verts Sapins will be located in the town of Eyne,
just outside Font-Romeu. This places it within close
proximity
to two of the best-known winter sports areas
in the eastern Pyrenees: the principality of Andorra and
the ski slopes around Font-Romeu: Capcir and Cerdagne.
There are several hundred kilometres of ski slopes in
this region with guaranteed snow at altitudes between
1,400 and 2,900 metres.
Travel
Directions: Les Verts Sapins is very accessible. Travelling by car,
the three main options are the roads from Perpignan,
Toulouse or Barcelona in the direction of Andorra.
From the centre of London, it is approximately
1,270 km or 13 hours by car.
The closest airports are those at Perpignan,
Gerona,
Barcelona, Carcassonne and Toulouse.
You can take the train from there to Font-Romeu.
A shuttle service will be set up to bring guests to the
resort.
